Save the date: Wednesday, July 13th, 11 a.m.

You are invited to the launch of the Fourth Amendment Caucus Wednesday, July 13th, at 11 a.m. in Cannon House Office Building, Room 441. The bipartisan caucus, organized by Reps. Ted Poe, Zoe Lofgren, and 23 colleagues, will focus on protecting the privacy rights guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment.

After opening remarks by founding Representatives, the newly formed Fourth Amendment Advisory Committee will host a panel discussion on major Fourth Amendment issues confronting Congress. 

Speakers include:

  • Mike Godwin, the R Street Institute
  • Neema Singh Guliani, Legislative Counsel, American Civil Liberties Union, Washington Legislative Office
